A People Pleaser's Guide

A guided 8-week program to help you build self-trust and break free from people-pleasing patterns. Through weekly classes, coaching, and a supportive community, you’ll learn to set boundaries, communicate more honestly, and start living in alignment with who you really are.

Journey

Over 8 weeks, you’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck in people pleasing and self-doubt. Through weekly classes, coaching, reflection exercises, and community support, you’ll begin understanding why these patterns show up and learn practical tools to start responding differently. Together, we’ll practise expressing needs, setting boundaries, and reconnecting with your own voice in a safe and supportive space.

Outcome

By the end of the program, you’ll have a stronger sense of self-trust and a clearer connection to your needs, values, and boundaries. You’ll feel more confident expressing yourself honestly, making decisions that feel right for you, and showing up more authentically in your relationships and everyday life.

Your facilitator

Hi, I’m Hedda Knight — facilitator of this program and a self-trust coach dedicated to helping people move beyond people-pleasing and reconnect with themselves.

I trained as a life coach and NLP practitioner in Perth, Australia at an ICF-approved coaching college, and have also worked as a mental health support worker. Through both my professional experience and personal journey, I’ve seen how deeply patterns like self-doubt, people-pleasing, and difficulty setting boundaries can affect our lives and relationships.

For a long time, I struggled with many of the same patterns that participants in this program are working through. Learning to trust myself, express my needs, and make decisions that felt aligned was a process — one that changed the way I live and relate to others.

This program brings together many of the tools, reflections, and practices that helped me along the way, combined with coaching methods designed to help you build a stronger relationship with yourself and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

How do I secure my spot?

We take on a new group every 3-4 weeks and the spots are limited as we wish to keep it intimate and work closely with each member.

Creating a positive and supportive group dynamic is always a priority to us, therefore there is a screening process before being accepted into the program.
