An eight-week, guided program to help empower yourself to break free from people-pleasing tendencies and patterns. It entails eight weekly classes with coaching, guidance, and most importantly, a supportive community. This course will help equip you with important tools to set boundaries, live with integrity, and make changes to your life that seemed unimaginable in the past. By the end of the program, you will learn how to take crucial steps that help you live in alignment with your most authentic self whilst working towards freeing yourself from the shackles of old behaviours that you’ve wanted to change for a long time.

Who is this program for?

How will this program help your personal life?
Change can be quite a vague term to throw out there, which is why we assess personal changes that this program facilitates into two main categories:
Identity
This program will help you build a stronger sense of self - by addressing key topics such as who you are, what your strengths are, what values are important to you, where your limits are, and what it is you truly believe in. The tools provided will help you cultivate an authentic acknowledgment of who you are and what you stand for, thus making you more confident in yourself.
Mindset
The program aims to assist you in making empowering shifts in your mindset to enrich your life and increase well-being. We tackle issues such as people pleasing, self-abandoning, and a tendency to take responsibility for other people's feelings. Through observing yourself with curiosity, you get to dive deeper into your inner world, which allows you to better understand yourself and to practise navigating difficult decisions and situations that would have triggered these old patterns in the past.
A strong mindset and sense of self are the drivers behind these big changes. By building self-trust and connecting with your values and strengths, you’ll start showing up with more confidence and authenticity. This ultimately leads to healthier and more balanced relationships, making it easier for you to express yourself (even when people disagree with you!)
If it sounds a little too intense, don’t worry, because it’s actually a lot lighter than you might think. The goal here is to access a calmer and more aligned version of yourself.

The Community
Perhaps the single most important part of this course is the community aspect, so you know you’re not going at it alone. While we all have to put in the work as individuals, having a supportive community undoubtedly helps facilitate change, and that’s what this is all about!
We have a WhatsApp group for all the participants in the class, where you (and everyone else!) can share your wins, no matter how small they might seem.
So while classes usually take place at the start of the week, the group interactions on WhatsApp take place during the rest of the week, and that’s where there’s a support system to help elevate and encourage every participant!
How do I secure my spot?
We open new groups monthly with a limited number of spots to keep the experience personal, supportive, and truly impactful.
To create the best possible group dynamic, we take a thoughtful approach when forming each group. This includes considering things like where you’re at in your journey, as well as time zones, so you’re placed in a group that feels aligned and accessible for you.
